G23

G23 is a virtual firm comprised of Omnicom's most senior female executives and acknowledged global thought leaders across all channels, including Advertising, Branding, Cause, CRM, Design, Digital, Event Marketing, Media, Promotional Marketing, Public Relations and Retail/Shopper Marketing. In 2009, G23 released data results from a survey on the economic impact of women in the global economy. Using its global research data – which organized women of the world into eight groups based on their Economic Power Index – as the foundation, G23 has worked with Omnicom clients to identify distinct business opportunities with women throughout their lives and in each of their life–stages. For example, G23 has worked with clients in the following areas: developed hypothesis-driven insights into Women 50+ by lifestage; calculated the value of women to the client and developed a plan for activating women; and defined the Global 21st Century Mom, how she views our client and what our client should do to further engage women.

G23 offers the women of Omnicom an opportunity to partner with one another. It is a resource that connects our female executives, providing the opportunity to receive advice, share business opportunities and collaborate. Omnicom also supports the professional development of female employees through the G23 Next initiative. We offer the rising stars in Omnicom agencies an opportunity to connect with female executives through networking events and other programs offered throughout the year.
