Community

Fueled by the expertise and passion of our people, Omnicom has a long-standing commitment to serving the areas where we live and work. Through volunteerism, industry initiatives and pro bono campaigns, our work makes an impact on communities worldwide.

Making a Global Impact

Omnicom agencies around the world make a difference through volunteering and pro bono work in their local communities.

Omnicom’s network came together to offer support to our more than 200 Ukrainian employees and their families in early 2022. Agencies quickly mobilized and donated 40 tonnes of essential supplies for relief efforts in Ukraine. As the war continues, our agencies in the region have implemented a wide range of actions and activities to support those directly impacted.

The global charity, Theirworld, works to ensure that every child can fulfill their potential by targeting and solving the complex barriers preventing youth from receiving a quality education. We supported with strategic counsel, research and digital expertise throughout 2021.

Draw on a smile for childhood cancer research

DDB Group Italy

The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and resulting mask protocols covered the smiles we’re accustomed to seeing every day, including those of the children in our lives. In partnership with Bennet, DDB Group Italy started the #DisegnamiUnSorriso (#DrawASmileOnMe) initiative, encouraging children to draw smiles onto virtual face masks. The campaign helped raise donations to the Fondazione Umberto Veronesi, a science and medicine foundation in Italy, to support scientific research on childhood cancer and get everyone smiling again – virtually and in person.
