“Mental Resilience: Facing Asian Hate”Omnicom Asian Leaders Circle
Supporting Mental Health
With concern of heightened violence against Asian communities, this two-part series, hosted by our Asian Leaders Circle in 2022, brought together Omnicom’s Asian community and allies to learn, engage and support one another. Led by licensed marriage and family therapist, Nicole Hsiang Shieh, this programming provided attendees with historical context for current events, as well as tangible tools to help support the mental health of their peers.
