2021 Omnicom Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Report
At Omnicom, we’re transforming our organization – and industry – through our relentless pursuit of diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I). In 2021, we built on our momentum to challenge norms, combat injustice and dismantle systemic inequity. Our inaugural DE&I report is the result of the work that so many of us persistently pursued to make Omnicom better.
OPEN (Omnicom People Engagement Network) is how we build a more diverse, inclusive and equitable global organization. Our OPEN 2.0 action plan keeps us focused on achieving systemic equity through consistent, committed action. And our position as a global leader in marketing communications enables us to make change happen at scale.
Through culture, collaboration, client engagement and community, Omnicom is a place where people feel seen, heard and can create award-winning, innovative work.
This inaugural report is a manifestation of the promise and passions that DE&I has become at Omnicom, of the work that so many have done to push toward progress in this time of global reckoning of injustice and inequity.
